This impressive copper coin features St. Isaac's Cathedral, the largest Russian Orthodox cathedral. The coin impresses with its exceptional design and special shape. It comes in a luxurious presentation box, along with a certificate of authenticity. The mintage is limited to only 600 pieces worldwide!
The reverse of the coin shows the beautiful St. Isaac's Cathedral, designed by the French architect Auguste de Montferrand. Construction began in 1818 and lasted over 40 years. The cathedral was consecrated in 1858 and is considered an outstanding example of neoclassical architecture that combines elements of Greek and Roman styles. The reverse also features the inscriptions: "2022" - the year of issue and ".999 FINE SILVER" - the fineness of the silver.
The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: "ELIZABETH II" – the name of the Queen, "SAMOA" – the issuing country and "HALF DOLLAR" – the face value.
